This variation on the fruit and nut sourdough loaf includes a light touch of culinary Lavender. In this bread the lavender works extremely well with the musky dried apricot and deep, rich flavor of the toasted walnuts. This bread is incredibly delectable with a generous smearing of goat cheese or even just with a light coating of good quality cultured butter.
